The CW makes a new Wonder Woman series?

Wonder Woman is one DC Comics most popular superheroine. In the 70's there was a TV series based upon the character with Lynda Carter but since then nothing. There were rumours about a blocboster movie in the early 2000's (Joss Whedon could have been the director and there were rumours about Megan Fox to play the role.) but nothing happened until 2011, when NBC tried to make a new TV series, starring Adrianne Palicki but the series was failed and cancelled after the Unaired Pilot so it never made in TV.

But now there're rumours that the CW wants to make their own Wonder Woman series, a prequel actually titled Amazon.
Why am I saying all this?

Because I think and I wrote it on Twitter and on many filmsites that I think Michelle Ryan could be absolute great in the role of Wonder Woman. But a few years ago I thought she would never get the chance. But...now Michelle is going back to the US and joins Covert Affairs that means she'll be in the US series business again. So, at this moment it doesn't look so impossible for her to play Wonder Woman. (If she wants to of course...Because there's a big risk to and after the Bionic Woman, another big fail wouldn't be good for Michelle's career.)

A fan made photo of Michelle posing as Wonder Woman.  It works for me absolutely

Michelle at the Eurovision Song Contest?

Of course not. :) But here is the whole story:

Yesterday was the finale of this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö, Sweden. I didn't watch it but during the show I read many times on Twitter the following question: "Is it Michelle Ryan singing for Estonia?"
Well, ok I accept that many people thought that the singer from Estonia looked like Michelle. (I think she didn't, never mind...)
But just two things:
One: I don't think Michelle has ambitions to be at the Eurovision Song Contest because despite she had a fantastic voice, she's an actress at first not singer.

At the second: Under the flag of Estonia? Come on...seriously... Michelle is British. Why would she do anything under an other country's flag?

The point is that Michelle was definetely not at the Eurovision Song Contest yesterday. :)

Glamour Women of the Year (2013.) Award Show

According to GlamourUK's official Twitter page, this year's Glamour Women of the Year Award Show will be set on the 4th of June in London. I'm not sure about the exact location yet but last year it was on Berkeley Square so there is a good chance, that this year it will be there as well.

As I wrote in March, Michelle has been nominated in the Best Theatre Actress of The Year category for her role in Cabaret musical. (She played Sally Bowles in the new revival of the musical last year.)

Everyone can be vote for Michelle on the link below:

There's no information yet if Michelle attends at the award ceremony or not. (I think it depends on when she has to join to Cover Affairs cast for filming Season 4)
